Working research resource only. This independently maintained calendar reflects information published by the linked sources when checked and is not an official government calendar. Public agencies are responsible for maintaining accurate, current meeting information and official notices. Readers are responsible for reviewing those sources and confirming dates, times, locations and changes directly with the public body before relying on an entry or attending. We welcome corrections and will revise entries as updated information becomes available.
Source review: November 5–6, 2026. Updated manually during our Sunday checks; this calendar does not automatically refresh. A posted date is not a guarantee the meeting will occur.

The eleven boards & commissions
Several are joint city/county bodies. The city appointment directory does not provide their meeting schedules. Official city directory ↗
The six standing committees
No upcoming dated notice located in the checked city list. This means no notice was found—not that no meeting will occur. PPC, 911 and other task forces are tracked separately.

Details we are still checking
- Code Enforcement: dates and City Hall location published; meeting time missing.
- Human Rights: “December 2, 6:30 PM” appears without a year. Not entered as a 2026 event.
- Housing, Tourism and Assessment Appeals: no current dated meeting schedule verified.
- EDA: fourth-Friday recurrence falls on Thanksgiving week and Christmas Day. Both need a specific notice.
- P&Z: upcoming dates were posted, but linked agendas were older documents.
- Website access: direct city access was blocked during research. Indexed official pages were supplemented by the researcher's screenshots. New notices may not yet be reflected.
County & independent bodies — the wider rabbit hole
All 20 bodies in the county directory are tracked below, plus the Conservation District. Joint bodies appear only once in the calendar. “No future details verified” does not mean a body is inactive.
Fiscal Court committees
Located records for Ordinance, Committee of the Whole, Budget and Finance, Personnel, and Contracts and Leases. A complete current roster and recurring meeting schedule remain unverified. Check each dated notice; earlier afternoon meetings do not establish the next meeting.
Notice archive ↗Open confirmations: Fiscal Court's calendar and online code differ on second-meeting time and the December exception. Health Board's November 12 date lacks a time and venue. Fire Board's standing schedule comes from a 2025 notice. Cemetery Board anticipated November without specifying a date.
